I love candy

Somedays we do nothing...but still you do it all. I had no plans. And then my sweet Victoria calls and wanted to meet up for brunch in Lower East side. we spent the hole day walking around. looking at restaurants, boutiques, people etc.

we found this candystore in lower eastside...they had it all...

This Restaurant is not easy to spot if you don`t know it`s there...it`s inside an alley. Victoria showed me this little hidden pearl. The inside is even better and the meny looks great...but I think i`m gonna save this pearl for a special occasion...and then you can see the inside ;) You can only reserve a table if you are a group of 5 and more. If not, you have to wait for a table and it can take up to 2 hours...lucky you, they have a bar;)

Mid term exam = less spear time

There`s been a break in the blog updates. We have been working on our mid term projects and exams. Not easy trying to be a good student, and stil fall for new yorks temptations, and have time to keep all of you at home updated!

on the weekends we get us thru the hard studdy hours with brunch and bellini <3 we like!

Near Bleecker st. is a newly opened swedish candy store. Sockerbit. Swedish candy is the best in the world! There`s nothing like it. The smell of  sugar hits you as soon as you enter the store...aaaah! breathe in ....

The Big beast!

Everybody i know is tired of me complaining about the firetruck, that goes by my window every night like...4 times a night...really loud...and today i caught the big beast in action outside my building.

it`s been 2 months now without sleep. Thank you FDNY;)

Spring break

Finally i have spring break. And i`m so lucky! My best friend Ida is visiting me for the whole week. So of course there will be a lot of sightseeing, shopping and champagne brunch this week...
So New York city.....here we come, the swedish party team!
